You all were such a joy to work with and truly a relief for me not to have to work about anything, I just had to worry about whether people would dance!! Hey Toni, we enjoyed every part of our experience at the Vinewood. From the rehearsal dinner to the reception. The meal was delicious, and we had a lot of compliments from our guests. You guys were great, taking care of everything from the set up to the clean up! It was to have a stress free rehearsal dinner. We never worried for one moment that the food we selected and the decorations you provided and sat up for us would be anything less than wonderful (and of course, everything was fantastic).
The wedding reception was great as well. It was a great party for sure! Everyone we spoke to had a great time. Thank you for helping us to make this a memorable and wonderful experience for Jared and Lindsay. We were able to turn our attention to other details, as you took care of everything from the set up of the rehearsal dinner to the clean up of the reception. What great people to work with!
Also, we were so happy with the way Rick kept everything going. He did a fantastic job of keeping guests on the dance floor.

We had our annual Christmas party at The Vinewood in Topeka and it was the most relaxing and entertaining evening we've ever provided for our employees and clients! From the minute I contacted Toni Cloud, one of the owners, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I only suggested what we would like, and everything was taken care of for us. They even went above and beyond our expectations.

Each year we try and give away some nice gifts. This year they suggested letting them plan some games and mixing it up with some raffle giveaways. What a hit! The games were unique to our plumbing and heating trade and the crowd loved them! The staff was more than willing to get involved and help with crowd participation. It was a blast!

The food was amazing! They have some menu selections already put together, but they can do whatever you want! We went with the prime rib and shrimp dinner and there was plenty of food for everyone! No one went home hungry! Everything was cooked just right and served very professionally.

This year for entertainment I wanted to hire a band and Toni helped me pick out the perfect one. She even helped me negotiate the price. During the evening, the set up was perfect because there was a section for everyone. A place to dance, a place to sit and talk, a place to play pool and a place to get drinks. The atmosphere and personal touches made the night very relaxing and enjoyable. I never had to lift a finger and the staff of the Vinewood made sure that we were completely satisfied all night long. They even had an event coordinator to handle the entire evening's events and any other need that you might have or want.

We have used a lot of venues and caterers for our parties and this is by far the best that we have come across in Topeka! If you are looking for a great place to have a party without lifting a finger, let The Vinewood cater to your every whim! I know we will be back next year! Nick and I would like to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful service we received for our wedding reception and dance. To begin with the meal was wonderful, and being the bride many will tell you that it is hard to actually sit down and eat, but I had to find the moment to actually enjoy the wonderful food that you had prepared. Everyone I talked to said they loved the dinner and in comparing the prices, I couldn't have found another facility and caterer for a better price. You all are truly doing a service to those looking for a spectacular place with a budget to work on!

The facility itself is one of complete relaxation. I really couldn't have asked for better facility, especially since you are all so open to letting us make decisions, but guiding in what would work best. Our guests would not have been comfortable in a completely formal setting and neither would we, but that is where The Vinewood is so special. It can be as formal or as informal as you want it and that's what I like. I didn't want people to be afraid of changing into their comfortable clothes and cutting loose by the end of the night, but still wanted a bit of elegance and class. I definitely got what I had in mind.

Your entire staff couldn't have been better. I was not bothered the entire night with tiny details that no bride should really have to worry about. It was great to be able to set up a tab for our wedding party, and the idea of having a password for people who were allowed was great! You might mention to future couples to pick something relatively easy to remember and pronounce, because I know some were having trouble with Zimbabwe by the end of the night, however maybe that was a good thing since it gave us an idea that maybe it was time for them to quit. I also recall someone telling me the next day that the bartenders were even picking up on the fact that others had picked up on the password and actually questioned them before serving on the tab. I personally was happy to know this. We had reserved the kegs for everyone else, and we were glad that not just anyone was able to run up our tab! You all were hands down some of the best people I have ever had to work with, and trust me in planning our wedding we have had some difficult people. I love the laid back attitude and the fact that I didn't feel like people that I didn't even know were running the show. You all fit right in with the crowd and made sure everyone was having a great time!

I know not all people decide to use Rick Stanley when booking The Vinewood, but they should. I looked at other DJ prices before booking The Vinewood and the agreement you have with Rick saved us a bundle, and he was great. He found everything that I had asked, some things did not get played, but he was totally playing to the crowd and everyone had a blast.

I guess to end I would just like you to know that everyone we talked to said that our reception and dance was the best and most fun wedding that they had been to, and some of them were my friends that have been through their own weddings. Now I would like to think that Nick and I can take some credit for that, because we are just some relatively fun people as well as our friends, but I am sure that it all had something to do with the wonderful staff and facilities at The Vinewood!! Thank you again, and I know I will be recommending you all to people in the future, and the next big party I need to plan for will be at The Vinewood!!

Dear Toni,
Our only daughter's wedding classified as one of the biggest events in OUR 27 years together as a married couple. The VINEWOOD and its family of staff came through for our family in every facet of both planning and execution and even included a debriefing with Toni addressing in retrospect what we or they might have done differently to increase our satisfaction. As we reviewed the entire day with Toni and particularly the ceremony and reception, we agreed it had been a STELLAR EVENT. From the decorating to the catering to the cash bar and dance following, I'd have to agree that together we met or exceeded the expectations of 168 of the approx. 170 guests attending. And above and beyond all that our daughter had the most wonderful one of a kind evening in her young lifetime thanks to the support of Toni, Shawn and Steve of the VINEWOOD.

I would like to recommend the Vinewood for your special occasion. We had our 1st daughter's wedding reception there in June, 2007 and will have our 2nd daughter's wedding reception in November, 2007.Everyone thought it was just beautiful.Everything seemed to go off without a hitch so we were very
pleased.The only decorating we did was centerpieces.
DJ and dancing was great.

Shawn and I had our wedding reception at The Vinewood on September 8, 2007. We and our families had a blast. I couldn't be more please with how the night went and how we were treated while planning our day. The Vinewood is a beautiful setting and with a great location. The staff was wonderful, the food was great (I loved the pasta salad) and Rick Stanley's DJ crew did a great job. It's a big relief knowing that everyone can a good time and be worry free because everything is taken care of. We also really liked that The Vinewood provided all the services; catering, bar, DJ, tables, decorations, etc. needed to have a great event and at reasonable prices. It was all right there and didn't need to look elsewhere. Toni, you did an excellent job. I want to thank you for being right there throughout the night, making sure drinks were full, taking care of things and having the evening flow smoothly. We are very satisfied and would recommend The Vinewood for any event.

Toni,
Thanks so much for your wonderful work and dedication to make our party so fun for us and our guests. You really do handle every detail so that all we have to do is show up. The Vinewood is a great place with a super atmosphere that I am anxious to visit again. Thanks so much Toni. On another note, Roger, the kids and I have been in Abu Dhabi for a month and are enjoying ourselves. The kids are enjoying being back with their friends and are making many new friends with the 56 new kids in their high school. Roger is back at his job for the second year and is feeling more comfortable with it. I am a middle school math teacher and am adjusting to the changes well. I am homesick a lot but enjoying marriage very much. The weather here is hotter and more humid than I've ever experienced but I swear last week was not as humid. The change
was very slight, I must say. Thanks again Toni. We really had a great time and are very appreciative of all your help. I hope you don't mind but I am adding you to my email list.

My name is Iva Jorgeson,
Toni Cloud and her staff put on a show that was absolutely beautiful, well-planned and fun fun fun !! My son had been hired to play at the show and was coming in from Austin, Texas so I was very anxious about how things would go. From the moment I found out about it and talked to Toni I felt no stress about how things would turn out. The key for the night was family and we had plenty of them in attendance. The food was an excellent ham or roast beef choice along with the trimmings of potatoes, salad, and vegetable. Everyone was served quickly and all were smiling happily. Toni Cloud assured me that everything was taken care of and it really was. The decorations on the tables were so beautiful. The balloon drop was ready to go at midnight and the staff was totally awesome! I put it in her hands and she sure didn't let me down, anything I wanted to be done was and I had a total BLAST! Ms Cloud has an uncanny way of making everyone feel welcome and ready to kick back and have a rockin good time. Bottom line here well planned beautiful décor, great band, delicious food, phenomenal staff and the friendliest atmosphere I have ever been in. I would very much recommend going to the Vinewood Roadhouse for some extra special catering and great fun no matter what your party plans are. I can say that I have never been at more peace at a party in my life! The facility is beautiful and rustic. Toni will make it happen for you and if I have an occasion to celebrate again I'll be calling the Vinewood and letting them get me through it. Thanks a million Toni and staff!!!!
