Food Policies

The Vinewood is pleased to provide all necessary food and beverage services for your event.  Menu options are available for your review. Food prices are guaranteed upon contract signature.  A gratuity will be applied to all food and beverage, in addition to Kansas Sales Tax.    

(Cakes, Mints, and Nuts are Welcome.)

Beverage Policies

Our staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.  We strive to exceed your guest's beverage needs and offer the following Staff Positions:

• Primary Bartender
• Additional Bartenders
• Floor Staff
• Security

(Each Staff Position can service a maximum of 150 guests and requires a minimum charge of 5 hrs.  For safety and service reasons The Vinewood or Event Coordinator reserves the right to make any necessary changes .)

Note: Customers Are Not Allowed To Supply Their Own Beverages.

Food or Beverage may not be brought into or removed from the facility.  The Vinewood Staff or management has the right to stop service to any one person and/or the entire group.  The following actions will result in the cessation of bar service with no refund or reduction in cost: Underage drinking; providing alcohol to minors; Disruptive or damaging behavior; Bringing in alcohol of any kind to anywhere in the facility and Lewd or discriminating behavior. Renters are responsible for the actions of their guests, and for restricting the consumption of alcohol by their guests.
